A significant residential development in a mixed-use zone, Crest presents two distinct building forms which mediate between the busy commercial thoroughfare of Great North Road and the single storey dwellings of the adjacent heritage neighbourhood. An 8 level apartment building (inclusive of 2 basement carparks and commercial to ground floor) maximises site potential, while a row of 2 level, north facing terrace houses moderates the bulk of the larger block.

High quality design details add value to the development – including a naturally-lit central atrium, generous balcony spaces and full height windows that maximise the northern aspect and the panoramic views. The AVA Tiled shower system with a channel drain and 10mm frameless hinged shower doors was used for this project.
